To filter dirt grime animal grease fats oil and chemicals from hitting our enlivenment and waterways ponds, creeks, rivers, lakes and oceans that destroys plants, fish and wild life. Exhaust fans are on the roof tops of all restaurant and businesses thru out the United States, out of site out of mind there is so much water pollution coming from these exhaust fan every time it rains. Most restaurants are cleaned every three to six months. That's a lot of water pollution going in our water ways.
